Spring Awakening.

Bienvenue au printemps! Welcome the blossom of the almond tree, the sunshine in your face, the soft and warm breeze fluttering your hair, the gracefully annoying melody of the cricket, the equally annoying tweet of the birds, the sight of little children playing outdoors (thankfully leaving the video games behind), the hope of new beggings...
Who cares about the red eyes, the constant drip of your nose, the sneezing and the coughing, SPRING IS HERE!!
It's time to ditch the winter clothing and say hello to a whole new closet! Say goodbye to those tights you've been wearing every single day, to the suffocating and sometimes itchy wool, to dark colors... It's time to show some skin, to wear light and sheer fabrics and channel the most daring and colorful yet romantic looks.

Current Obsession: Abbey Lee Kershaw

There is something about models that hypnotizes me. Maybe it's the beauty, the style, the power they radiate. They have a magnetism that makes everyone want to be them, or at least try to be like them.
My current obsession has a name: Abbey Lee Kershaw, also known as Abbey Lee.
This Australian currently ranks 5th on the Top 50 Models Women list and also ranked 21st on the "Top Money Girls" list, both by models.com.
She is well known for her big blue eyes, her angelical face, her street style and her Lara Stone-esque gap tooth.
Abbey Lee signed with Next Managment back in 2007, and since then she has been unstoppable. She had been the image of H&M and Levi's before this, but her current succes came with her debut at New York's Fashion Week, walking for designers such as Chanel and McQueen, closing for Rodarte.
She became the face of Gucci's Flora fragance, and has walked exclusively for them in the catwalk.
She appeared in the Victoria's Secret 2008 Fashion Show in Miami and the 2009 Fashion Show in New York City.
She has emerged as the hottest face of 2010, heavily in demand for campaigns, shoots and shows. Kershaw was featured in the 2010 and 2011 Pirelli Calendar, the last photographed by Karl Lagerfeld. In March 2010, it is announced that she will be the face of Chanel's Fall/Winter 2010/2011 ready-to-wear ad campaign. This news comes after she closed the Chanel Spring 2010 couture show, and opened the Chanel Fall/Winter 2010/2011 ready-to-wear show.

Abbey Lee's style can be defined as a mix of grunge, boho and romantic. Her street style is widely featured in fashion blogs. Her favourites are leather boots, fur coats and long skirts and dresses.
