Blake Lively is clearly the new It Girl. Her role as Serena Van der Woodsen in the tv series Gossip Girl has given her the opportunity to be the fashion industry's new pretty girl. No only has she covered Vogue several times, and had a Louboutin named after her, but is also the new face of Chanel's Mademoiselle campaign.
